Great so it's all there in black and white, so which bits that ISX cite were so egregious that they open up a class action suit against OM? I didn't even see ISX cite anything that was so egregiously wrong. The report says OM raised some "questions" and "concerns" that's hardly a smoking gun.
Again can anyone, anyone at all specifically cite anything in the report that is inappropriate and gives a cause of action to support a legal case???
