A4's post makes a lot of sense, so one of the many questions remains, why are you conflating the existence of the demerger with your fantasy the ASIC allegations are not serious, and that ASIC is all good with ISX? You've been banging on about how the ASIC "approval" is some kind of vindication of the company and that the case against it is a non issue, yet in reality ASIC probably had nowhere to move on the demerger. All it could do was ordering the cleaning up of the prospectus, and making sure some disclaimers were in there explaining how minority shareholders will be voting for less rights and security, and that a new listing may never occur.
