Companies will not play hard ball with a small minnow with a killer technology, they will swallow it whole before their competitor does. See Microsoft in the 1990's for evidence of this.
CKK have some more work to do to get this right. The latest announcement says this in as many words. It is not over and the fat lady is not singing but the potential is still there. I suspect that there will be a fall back and the price will need a new contract to see it rise again.
