    There is demented logic in that DavoMagic.
    The house price boom has even reached the sleepy part of FNQ where I live.
    Houses that had been for sale for years have all sold over the past few months.
    So that means our relatively cheaply priced houses are shooting up in value.
    Southerners are snapping them up without even physically inspecting some of them.
    Must have discovered they can buy 4 or 5 here for the same price as 1 in a capital city.
    Unfortunately not anymore though as all the cheaper ones are gone.
    And not only houses, commercial buildings including blocks of flats that have been for sale for ages are all gone.
    Gees you could buy a block of four or more flats here for half the average cost of a house in the big cities.
    But no more. I pity the renters as rents are going to rise next.
