is it time to buy more or sell

Hi All,
as a long time holder of BLT, the last week of watching BLT rise to $1.59 has been nothing short of sensational, especially since I've held it since it was very low.

Obviously the US has cottoned on to the BLT story and its potential, hence the huge recent share price rise.

My question is, when is it time to sell. Has this stock run too far (at the moment), has it only just started to run hard.

How long is a piece of string, i know, but I'm interested to know if others are thinking the same. Happy to hold long term but very tempted to sell also if need be, after running up hard like it has. It's not often you see a stock run so north like what BLT had done last week
