I've got no problem with naysayers, need some balance to the discussion. Can't have everyone on the band wagon.
But winsome pls back it up with something more solid like analytics, or historic precedence.
Reminds of the property market (which I do think is a bubble) but the same people have been calling for a crash since 2003. And just look at the real estate graphs on the east coast, year on year the same economists are just....wrong?
