I think it is impossible to predict where RHC will trade in the short term. It could well go lower from here or go back up - toss a coin and guess. However, I think overall this is a sound company that is a little on the nose right now. I have found buying a portfolio of sound/good quality when they are unpopular has been a strategy that has produced satisfactory results. Having said that, RHC is one of about 30 holdings for me, so I can afford to have the price run down and not be overly worried. For those running a more concentrated portfolio or those who worry more about share price falls, perhaps RHC is not the best investment. I genuinely think for many people a good index fund is not a bad bet - particularly if you are just starting out and have a smaller amount to invest.
