I doubt an investment company would have uninsurable buildings, infact I am quite sure that these guys with a 50% gearing wouldnt get a loan as the mortgagee holder would not allow the investment company to borrow their money if the building was uninsurable.

However the net asset backing of this outfit is consideralby less than the sp which is eith a sigh of invester confindence in management or that the sp is over valued
