Not unusual in the due diligence phase for certain sensitive information to be withheld by the company until they are comfortable the bidder is serious. This is to prevent competitors just making bids to gain access to such info. I believe WCL have now reached that point and have just given exclusive access to such sensitive docs.
Not to say the deal still can't fall over - nothing is ever certain. But the odds of it going through are more like 75% in my opinion.
