Could be as simple as the new MD sorting out the team and those who will work with him the way he needs to work. Have to wait and see how production start up went and the real numbers will be starting to come in over this quarter as steady state mining starts to build stocks of ore on the pad and in process. Copper price is certainly going the right way.
