Penny stocks can go into VA or/and come out with a highly dilutive capital raise or bad anns all of a sudden.

If they haven't anns such by Friday arvo, they will get you every time come Monday before open when the dreaded CR hits at 20% under the SP and you're stuck, or like TON a couple weeks back, comes out with VA and you are cactus.

Also late Fridays sees over exuberant fellows tend to buy thinking it'd dropped throughout the day so better get in before Mondays rush, you see larger buys near close.

Statistically penny stocks are lower SP by lunchtime Mondays than afternoon Fridays, so buy lunchtime Mondays if need be.
