There are 500 million shares on issue, so $3.00 would be a MC of circa $1.5b.
I think this would be fair value for Tyro (~7-8x PSR) given they are on track to book revenue of ~$200-$230M for FY20 and are growing at a very solid pace (15% growth in transaction value for FY20 v FY19).
If the share price was to fall below $2.50 for a MC of circa $1.25b (6x PSR), then we are talking...
