Hell no!! From a business perspective the current cash on hand would be far better spent on the assets already established and onsite in Kingaroy, taking into consideration the time it would take to demob the site and reestablish.

After last week and the fact that the SP is up some 32% it's obvious people are after a speccy. This might drag on for some time yet, but Kingaroy will reignite.

The potential fallout now for the QLD Government goes just beyond CXY. You'll note that decision to allow CNX to get the go ahead over Cougar recently, people are more aware of what is happening now and will soon be asking the question of why one and not the other? The potential for real embarrassment is now more damaging in a political environment that to be seen to protect the environment.

Have no doubt that DERM will be genuinely sweating on this one. You only need to look at the responses from DERM distancing itself from any wrongdoing (already a good sign) and the responses from KCCG, which not wanting sound arrogant, but my 4 year old and 2 year old daughters could have handled better. Wow, I though I've been in denial before. Cows over the road testing positive to BTEX. Haha, no worries then, you prove that and prove it right now, and if that is true I will climb the Story Bridge completely naky.

KCCG have no liability nor any indemnity so really, they can say what they like. CXY don't have that luxury, but they have the facts, which at the end of the day is all that matters.

The SP is dramatically going back in the right direction, we've got China coming out in the next few weeks, there is plenty of cash reserves and DERM are now starting to seek legal advice, not in my opinion on a rebuttal to CXY's challenge, but more to the fact of 'uh oh the poo is going to hit the fan, what do I do when that happens?'

Be strong all, this is a kick arse little group in here with a fair bit of intellect. Let's just stick to the fact's and lets take this day by day.
