Stagman has always been a one of the best posters on Nkwe who has backed up with facts/refernce in the past --so dont know what to make of the info

however on thinking about it it mystifies me because:

    1) why would Nkwe struggle all the way to give anglo/arm half for free
    2) Anglo/ARM have no legal standing as extensively posted here in the past --- Anglo lost their rights because they did not have a Historically disadvantaged representation of 26% at the time - Genorah got the rights 1 year after this loss of old order prospecting rights. The prospecting rights were not taken off Anglo overninght --- and they had more than enough notice regarding the impending need for reapplying for rights on their 'unused' tenements. So if Anglo lost their rights that was because of their internal inefficiencies of complying with national laws that other companies complied with.

with mining right granding almost impending the DMR will not want any Anglo drama in picturising a negative environment in foreign investment in south Africa and it is more likely that if Xstrata, Jinchuan, Norilsk or whoever come in the DMR can say -Anglo please move ot of the way you have had priority treatment and you wasted it --ANGLO VERY MUCH KNOW THIS
