Maybe your right. It was a bit ambiguous. He was talking about "Anglopats" then refered to "the company". I assumed his source was saying Angloplats "the company" would eventually win.

If its NKP that will eventually win, as we have always been told. In fact we were told that the Anglo challenge is against DMR only and doesn't involve NKP. So why would NKP give away 50% for a quick resolution and still find themselves needing to find finance? 20% I can understand. But 50%?
