I think SEQ water is gov owned, is that our tap water?

Just look at history, in WW2, General Mccathur created the Brisbane Line because the US wanted Japan to conduct a land invasion of Australia to tie up Japanese troops up to Brisbane.

It turned out Japan never wanted to invade Australia in the first place, only to stop Australia as a military base for US Navy, so the Brisbane Line was abandoned.
