if one steps back and looks at a map

Australia is crazy to not have it's alliances with it's neighbours

Indonesia, China, Vietnam etc etc

what a crazy setup ---------- we've got America (we think) and the UK

and we have mates called NZ - which is great, but they aren't a big kid in the yard.

Our biggest mate - America - well - if we look at what the results were for where it's offered and given 'assistance' - South Vietnam and Afghanistan - we should ask ourselves - how'd that work out for them?

How much better off would we be to be right in bed with Indonesia, China, Vietnam etc etc
