When the state nationalizes anything, it forcibly takes it from its legitimate owner, and gives it to itself.
If the totalitarian parliaments of Australia did forcibly transfer private property to themselves, that once private property would become the property of the state; it would not become the property of the people!
Let's not be daft enough to encourage any state seizure of private property, for we the people would be next, our property and our persons!
