Certainly Randerson is well-respected but he clearly did that valuation "on the cheap". He has admitted this to journalists I have spoken to about it. I wish you the best of luck if you turn up to court with a 4 page valuation.
At that point the fact that over 90% of shares have been tendered or sold voluntarily (a lot of them by specialist biotech and life sciences investors) is also pretty persuasive to the court -- which is why very few of those applications are upheld.
