I've kept a bit of powder dry - the rest has gone to mush of course. It seems that genuine 'capitulation' is happening right now and fundementals are truely (I believe)being chucked out in the panic.
Do you think its time yet to start drip feeding into the market. What sectors would you go for and would they be exclusively 'blue chips' ??
