We've let all our permits lapse and whenever Riley is mentioned with AR he is very sheepish with his response which tells me he has no intention of ever opining it back up again. It's just too difficult
Are we still carrying out care and maintenance , I say no, they will be trying to preserve as much capital as possible to pay their own wages.
