The management know very well the potential Riley operation, (and Livingstone?), IO revenue stream is a once and only safe chance over the next one to 2 years, (when the funds are now needed). Beyond that is questionable and uncertain. The current efforts of economic rebound in China and elsewhere are a good stimulus for a sustained IO profit margin. They have to act ...and fast!
