I’m not sure why people think that trying to get a flat bottomed icebreaker through a narrow span bridge that has been hit before is as simple as is made out. It is a ship that is designed to break 6m of solid ice. It has no keel. It is difficult to steer. The misinformation around this issue is baffling.
