so pissed off at this injustice. funds hamstrung, seemingly no justifiable reason why, seems like a bitter personal battle where the losers are 10,500 investors largely in the cold.
ridiculous that discovery and proceedings become non events, i have been upset at the delays, now I realise i'm actually waiting for a start - after the best part of 18 months since this unjustified bulls!!t began.
this whole saga in relation to around how investors should be informed and a result expedited transparently and efficiently feels criminal in its shortcomings, so over it
