once Vince checkmated TMT by surrounding the southern tenement requiring TMT to negotiate with AVL ( and at their beckon and call ) to truck their ore across AVL tenements 20klms north to their other tenement and proposed processing plant .
TMT were NEVER going to mine and be a profitable coy .
RCF once they realised this and realised their investment in TMT was in jeopardy, pressured for the merger , got rid of Vince , installed a muppet as CEO , and supported the all the nastiness from the TMT posters here for their agenda
AVL could of sat and waited for TMT to go into receivership ( if RCF were not involved )
with a consolidation on the cards the SP drifts back below the pre consolidation price
and a CR due before end of the year likely at a discount below 1.0 c with resulting huge dilution
CR includes mine funding
interesting to see if RCF stump up the money and buy out AVL at $200 plus plus plus mil ( I doubt it )
submit a low ball offfer for all the shares of AVL possibly
contribute to the CR to keep the lights on
