Price projections.......
If you say the earnings are $400m (EBIT) per year, at 200m shares = EPS $2
Doesn't this mean on a PE of 15 they should be trading at $30.
But this is using an EBIT figure.....not NPAT....
But I think you would be safe as the sector trades at around PE 15 and to justify their $3 share price they would only need to make $40m NPAT...??!?!?!!!
Put in some exploration upside, a better NPAT, change in Labor policy, $72 U price holding and you will definately be sitting on a $10 stock in 2 years time max.
