Is it too late to buy AVZ?  Well if you believe that AVZ will go down a JV scenario then the answer would be no.

Have a look at what happened to KDR's share price since they decided to sell 50% of their Mt Holland project to SQM. That JV deal allowed them to be free carried on mine development through to production plus retain a 50% option on the refinery component.  

The bulk of their refinery component could well be paid for by prepaid offtake agreements (which they have not signed any like AVZ) and debt financing.  I see no reason why AVZ cannot do the same.



I have been holding AVZ from sub 2 cents days and I know this stock well.  I believe we will go down the JV scenario path now like KDR has.
