Esuper sounds the cheapest.
Most big Accounting firms can run smsfs as well as smsf specialists. My Accountant said She can do them for $1 to $1.2k if straightforward. i.e. not many share transactions or multiple accounts/ businesses to reconcile and audit.
Mine is with a specialist. Costs $2 to $2.5k a year.

IMHO well worth it on any of those costs.
