It is never late to buy stock like PRR. It is also meant for for any stock that has very good potential. I myself has bought PRR on seven different occasions. It will be a wise move to buy and hold on stocks that has a very good future. PRR is one that I know.
These kind of stocks, we call INVESTMENT.The way it is going, in a few years, it could become a big player. I will not hesitate to buy more when oppurtunity comes.
