OK here's my guess (preference)
Move the Gonneville project into a separate company with ownership on a one to one basis to CHN holders.
List the new company on the ASX
Sell off a minority percentage of the company to an established mining company.
Use the proceeds to pay for their share of development costs
Current shareholders will receive dividend income from the new company while CHN go and do it all over again.
