the much talked about float could take another 6 months to eventuate as business conditions not hot atm.
am not sure how much value it would add, as the market seems to discount any paper assets, esp as they will hold less than 50% so no controlling interest.
the half year ann. will give guidance, but l expect the theme parks will be underperforming in recent months.
mind you the sp should be north of $4, but who would know what the market thinks
