Life gets real simple for sure..................until you start a family and need a hospital or a school or a high school or an apprenticeship for your kids. Farms that once supported 2 families are now too small and are being sold off to big business. The older farmers have retired and their kids have long ago moved away into the city. The only country towns that are growing are the large regional towns or high value tourist towns. Their house prices are on a par with suburbia.
