If he did his own research and had read through the threads on the MGT board, it would be obvious as to why the project hasn't gone ahead previously, however none of that is relevant now as MGT is essentially a new company, with different management and new resources at their disposal. Just a down-ramping spammer wasting our time.
Don't give this guy or this thread any more undue attention. Let it die off and drop down the list.
