    If you're correct about the placement to Platinum, ie some now and also another sizeable chunk on Nasdaq listing, it would seem that Platinum may be setting themselves up for a t/o of TZ sometime down the track. I wonder then, why wouldn't platinum just shell out another 3 or 4 hundred mil and take the whole of tz while they are at it?
