    Des need a board , a strategy and demonstartion that that with all these "Minnow" deals someone has the balls to rip out costs and get rid of 'Aquired" staff,Its not a traders stock should management be able to demonstrate the above rewards will come if not its the kennel club and a new CEO,Charirman and board.
