    Opes Prime mediation talks have collapsed. It looks like Melewar and the other Opes clients have to go to court now in order to get their GBG, etc. shares back.

    What this """"Could"""" , I repeat could mean, is that if Melewar really want to re-establish their GBG shareholding, they will be forced to start buying.
    More than likely they may just sit on what they've got.
