is it worth to buy axmr?

Doday made a order to purchase 500,000 AXMR at price of $0.002. At the end just 150,000 share was purchased at price $0.002. To my understand to total cost should be $319.95, however, I receive a email from COMSEC notice me that I should pay $6319.95 which include $300 CONSIDERATION, $19.95BROKERAGE & COSTS INCL GST, $6000 APPLICATION MONEY and the total cost is $6319.95. I really don’t know what the $6000 application fee for, can some one explian
