comsec is asking you to pay the exercise price of 4c per option now. speak to them you have until the 30th to pay if you want to exercise. That is the date payment has to be received by apex share registry.
You can make the payment outside of comsec direct to registry
Comsec obviously want it sorted early - this is my take on it comsec may tell you otherwise
