Been dabbling in PRR for some time and recruited a long time holder from work to boot. Its been very difficult for me to short trade over the last month or so. With out any good news immanent, (NASDAQ who knows) it slowly drifts down by 2 to 4% every other day with just a few spikes here and there. It diffidently has the ability to excite the market but dies a death of a thousand cuts afterwards. If you stay in you can easily see the SP drifting down but if one stays out could miss the NASDAQ news...damned if you do and damed if you dont...
