I'm going to start accumulating down here:
- you couldn't bring a more dire set if circumstance/restrictive government on a stock;
- recent capital raisings have the balance sheet under control;
- based on FY24's PE its reasonably priced and that's just the start of the recovery;
- first time in a while AIZ has traded under the average analyst price target;
- probably a good amount of EOFY tax selling and retailers dumping shares acquired via the rights issue in recent times.
I expect to be holding for many years however, not a quick fix this one.
