If a cap raise is coming, I'm optimistic that there will be a corresponding SPP for existing shareholders with the same conditions.
2024 is not far away, so they have the possibility. And may be I'm wrong, but I have the feeling from recent statements, that Scott's sensitivity on the subject has grown. As long as retail shareholders and PAC-Soph's are treated equally i have no problem with a cap raise. And despite the recent SP decline: The 12c SPP with 2:1 free options were one of my better investments in 2024.
I'll further support the company with fresh money if a cap raise incl. SPP is ante portas.
