I would not think so, I would see a considerable boost. As we have recently been shown all the other opportunities that exist for CVI, once the main Kwanza Permit is given, shareholders and investors alike will make the SP increase considerably higher than just 15%. We are currently at the bottom, there will be a reversal now, Ruth our trusty stewardess spoke to the captain, the turbulence is over, we can now resume the upward course. Also, while the captain was steering through turbulence the co-pilot managed to improve the speed at which the plane can go at by re-routing some power, so when that opportunity to boost above all the turbulence comes it will most definitely fly... Ruth is very informative ;-)
