Unless you have worked and lived and breathed the Permian Basin for many years I find that your summation is shallow and narrow as it lacks the insight and experience into the valuation process especially in relation to putting a figure on prospectivity.I just dont think you can look at reports and make judgements from so far away and not be in possession of all the facts. Sure it is better than nothing but not enough to make pronouncements.
