it took long time for me to learn this.
take this scenario.
imagine
u have 10k value of Jat and U are red. With heavy heart you sold it.
invested All in DEG at .06. few weeks later DEg hits .18. now 10k become s 30k. Decision time, you made your cut. You decided to sell although Deg still have lot of potential. Deg today value would be 130k based on .80.
anyway you invested all that 30k in Tso at .01= 3million shares. Market value today $500k.
on the other hand Jat would be reduced to 7.5k.
it is about rotating you money rather then Getting emotionally attached to a stock.
this might give you some insight to why people sell athough there is great potential. Set yourself a target and time frame for a stock, once achieved move on. You can buyback ,if lucky much cheaper.
