Also in last quarterly it said demand for jats products continue to grow and ANMA is underway for major expansion. This does not sound like a struggling company to me. If this was the case demand would be weak and anma wouldnt need expansion. To me it sounds like a logistical problem that having stock in shanghai at physical store can help take pressure off
