JAT is an interesting philosophical concept in itself. Say one bought JAT at $0.10, and held it for fifty years or more. Assuming JAT remains at 2 or 3 cents. Provided one does not sell, one's JAT shares are still worth 10 cents. So, one day, one sells the shares. Suddenly that money vanishes. Now we all realise that it vanishes out of the shareholder's pocket. But where does it go to? Who has pocketed the difference? The original holder didn't, for he bought JAT at cents too. So he only got his money back.
BTW. All answers are correct.
A1. The Tooth Fairy converts it into dollar coins and gives it to little kids.
A2. The gnomes of Zurich confiscate it and hide it in their vaults, and give the interest to the Easter Bunny, who buys Easter Eggs, and gives them to little kids
A3. ~ etc?????
