    I note that Westpac have now pulled out of China, as have Fosters and ANZ before them. What makes JAT think it will succeed?

    Any one of the managers of these companies, would have more management skill in their little finger, than all of JAT's management added together. If AMP couldn't make it in Britain, and Target couldn't do it in Canada - culturally more similar countries - what makes JAT think they can do it in China? China is so culturally different, (alien if you will) that most Aussie companies don't have a chance. JAT especially.

    Give up your delusions of riches untold. Find a better investment than JAT. It would take skill to find a worse one. If JAT succeeds in China, so too, and by the same device, verily might pigs fly. All IMHO of course. I am interested to see what arguments you have that JAT will succeed, where so many others have failed
