Sunnya is 51% owned by Jatcorp but is still a Pty Ltd. As a Pty Ltd it seems to be independently going about its business doing deals and making money. Their independent stand at the CIIE this month is an example.
The recent Sunnya website find with links to Neurio and Auscess has thrown up some questions on where these Aoheng and Auscess brands fit in the picture. Sunnya has obviously bought the brands or merged them into the Sunnya Pty Ltd company.
The 2018 CBME Professional Maternal and Child Expo had these photos of the Aoheng stand. Note the ANMA signs. Sunnya are paying tax and providing increasing net profits to Jatcorp in the form of franked dividends. I suppose and as long as these fully franked dividends keep increasing it should not be a worry.
As a Pty Ltd Sunnya does not need to tell Jatcorp shareholders what is going on but it is annoying.
JD.com sales of neurio products seem to be on the increase again. Probably due to the CCTV sponsorship and advertising campaign.
