I will also add something in regard to Green Forrest. Green forrest was net profitable prior to covid. They were paying dividends to Jatcorp. They did have to terminate leases on warehouses etc early causing a cash penalty. This has already been accounted for in previous financial statements and would have been paid for out of Green Forrest net profits.
The other Jatcorp partners in Green Forrest have made it known that in any further capital raise such as the proposed new one they want to be involved by offering to purchase $1 mil worth. So apparently they are still doing OK which indicates the Jatcorp half of Green Forrest is probably still OK as well.
