Is JAT creating a MONSTER, page-40

While researching other company's similar to JAT Market Cap to see if there are better investment opportunity's on the asx. I noticed a share starting with AU . I looked to see what the difference was and found massive costs as it is a bricks and mortar retail business. The only bricks an mortar costs JAT has is in there Factory and possibly a couple of distribution depots and offices. Just another reason to believe JAT is heading the right way to maximise profits without bricks and mortar retail.

However, of note is a local milk factory that also has retail onsite. They cater for tourists and may possibly make a profit out of this. Normally a site like the ANMA factory located at Derrimut would be a useless retail site. With the problems of IF supply well known at supermarkets and the demand by diagou shoppers, retail to diagou if not already being done, would be great from this factory. Just a thought. Id like JAT to buy that Carrum downs factory as well if possible to cover the other side of Melbourne. This monster is growing but its never enough for me. Greedy I guess.
